  • Are the lessons downloadable? No. Videos in the members area are not downloadable. You'll have unlimited, 24/7 access to all the lessons for as long as you maintain your membership.
  • How long does the course last? Hmmm. Amazingly, we actually don't know the answer. But here's what we do know... the curriculum has been planned and each month, new lessons will be added to the members-only web site which build on the previous ones. Basically, Dan Denley says that he'll keep recording new videos until he runs out of things to teach. After that? Who knows. Rumor has it that Dan has been talking to some super-talent guitarists to pitch in and help with teaching. But the plan is to keep it going for as long as you want to learn.
  • Is this the same as Guitar Theory Secrets? No. Totally different stuff.
  • Is this just one of Dan's other courses wrapped up in a different package? No. It's all new.
  • I'm a beginner is this for me? YES! That's exactly who it's designed for.
  • How can I cancel my membership? First, you have to look in the mirror and repeat the following phrase five times (in a loud voice), "I'm crazy if I cancel my Guitar Guru Secrets membership!" After that, if you still want to cancel (you know, if you really ARE crazy) then you can call our support department at (901) 286-2123 or just fill out a cancellation request.
  • What happens if I cancel my membership? You may cancel your Guitar Guru Secrets membership at any time. But if you decide that this training is not for you then your membership will be permanently deleted. You will no longer have access to any of the lessons and you will not be able to return as member. Harsh? Maybe a little. But I only want people who are serious about learning guitar to be a part of our community.
  • Is the shipping and handling charge refundable? No.
  • How much is shipping & handling to get the free DVDs? $9.95 U.S., $14.95 Outside U.S.
  • If it's "Free" then why are you charging for shipping?Simple: the DVDs are free. Shipping and handling is not.
  • Can I order the DVDs without taking the 30-day trial? Maybe in the future, but at this point, no. Sorry!
  • I think you're charging too much for shipping & handling. Why? First, the cost of shipping has gone up lately. Secondly, we use a professional fulfillment center to handle all our orders. (Otherwise we'd probably goof it up!) They carefully pack your order, ship it (and take of all the customs forms if you're outside the U.S.) and email you a confirmation when it ships.
